We're currently zero-padding the uint32 the rdm6300 library gives us, we should really be implementing our own library for this that reads the raw packet into a hex string.

Also, new tag timeout seems too high (sometimes doesn't read a new tag, sometimes pretends a tag is new when it isn't, etc.)
