When I receive a shared trip (eg, via Instant Messaging), I'd like to have a button to save it to my trips.

There are two ways how this could be implemented:
a) the trip is owned by the original author, and a reference is stored in my account
b) a copy of the trip is stored in my account (allowing both users to edit the trip independently)
